Management services and fee details
Anchor Point Realty manages short-term and long-term rental properties in Foley and Baldwin County. Management fees are 18% of gross rent received for short-term rentals and 7% for long-term rentals.
For long-term rentals, the leasing fee is one month’s rent and the renewal fee is 50% of one month’s rent. The supplied owner termination provision calls for three months’ market rent, subject to the signed agreement.
Services include collecting and managing property funds and coordinating approved property expenses, repairs, maintenance, marketing, turnover, and cleaning as authorized by the management agreement. Broker compensation and services are negotiable.
