Your inquiry information.

What the forms collect
When form delivery is enabled, inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone, inquiry category, and message. They are used to respond to your request. Do not submit sensitive identity, financial, or medical information.
How information is handled
Enabled forms send inquiries to the configured brokerage recipient through the department’s connected Google Workspace account. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs and message records under their own policies.
Marketing and tracking
Public pages use the Google tag to measure advertising visits and successful inquiry submissions. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to attribute activity to ads. Conversion events contain a random inquiry identifier, not the name, email, phone number, or message entered in the form. Advertising personalization signals are disabled in this implementation. Google handles measurement data under its own privacy policies. Website settings and Google mailbox authorization pages do not load this advertising tag. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated marketing texts. Administrative sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication and may require authentication cookies.
Your choices
Contact the brokerage using the published contact details to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable record-retention requirements. Retention of email inquiries must follow the brokerage’s adopted practices and legal obligations.
